Shipping costs are calculated at the time of sale and are reviewed by our team during our normal business hours (7:00AM - 5:00PM CT, Monday thru Friday).  In most instances, product in stock will be shipped out the next business day. All transactions are subject to delivery fees plus handling.  Please note that we currently only ship to addresses only within the US.

 Accuracy is sought on every order.  However, there may be circumstances where the products size or weight constraints cause regular ground transportation to be an ineffective option.  These heavy or bulky items would require special attention to accommodate the product.  If items are damaged or have packaging concerns upon arrival, please contact us at 314-567-4004 and reference our Returns policy.

 Due to the high risk for damage in route, we do not ship lamps over 3 foot. 

Warranties:

Any warranties on the invoiced items (s) are solely those made by the manufacturer and Seller will make available to the Buyer all transferable warranties made by the manufacturer of the goods.  Frost Supply and its subsidiaries (Seller) hereby expressly DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, either express or implied, including among others, any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and the Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of invoiced item (s) sold, and excludes all other damages including, among others, incidentally an consequential damages.  Any and all representatives, promises, warranties or statements by Seller’s agent that differ in any manner from the above terms shall be given no force or effect, and Buyer may not rely thereon.
