Return Policy
All returns must receive prior authorization. No returns will be accepted later than 90 days from date of shipment. Return authorizations are valid for 30 days. Merchandise returned must be in salable condition, clean, unused, and in original packaging. Where we are not at fault, returns will be subject to a restocking charge. Return Authorization may be requested by calling 314-567-4004 or emailing frost@frostelectric.com.
Shipping Policy
All web submissions will be reviewed by our local inside sales representatives during our normal business hours (7:00AM – 5:00PM CT, Monday thru Friday). In most cases product in stock will be shipped out the next business day.
Deliveries made outside our normal shipping routes will be subject to UPS delivery charges plus handling.
