Conduit & Raceway Fittings

Conduit is a tube that is used to protect and route electrical wiring in a building or non-building structure. It may be made of metal, plastic, fiber or fired clay. Most conduit is rigid, but flexible conduit is used for some purposes. Raceway Fittings have a low voltage, one-piece hinged design with a single channel surface raceway that includes adhesive backing and shall be made of impact resistant material with a smooth finish.

Bushings
A bushing is a sleeve that protects an electric cable when it passes through a panel. A bushing is an insulated device that allows an electrical conductor to pass safely through an (usually) earthed conducting barrier such as the wall of a transformer or circuit breaker.

Conduit Bodies
Conduit bodies are used for pulling access in a conduit run or to split a conduit path in multiple directions. They are usually constructed of durable PVC material. The conduit body can be used in indoor or outdoor applications where it will not rust or corrode. It is UL listed.

Conduit Elbows
Conduit elbows enables a turn in a run of rigid non-metallic conduit and won’t kink the end of electrical wires. Cementing it in place is fast thanks to its belled end. It provides a slick bend to allow electrical wires to run through without kinking. They are corrosion resistant.

Conduit (Meyers) Hubs
Conduit (Meyers) Hubs are used in termination of electrical circuits through the wall of the enclosure. They are designed for use indoors or outdoors with rigid conduit and IMC. They are suitable for use in environmentally demanding applications, including those with the presence of chemicals, such as acetic, citric and salt water.

Conduit Nipples
Conduit nipples are used through knockout to connect box to conduit coupling. There is a locknut to connect two boxes side-by-side or back-to-back. There is a locknut that connects fixture housing to continuous runs. The materials are malleable iron or zinc die cast.

Drain/Breather
Drains and Breathers are installed in enclosures or conduit systems to: provide ventilation to minimize condensation. Drain accumulated condensate and at least one breather should be used with.

ENT
ENT is a light, flexible and strong non-metallic raceway system for use in walls, floors and non-plenum ceilings. It is light and strong. It is also free of sharp edges for faster installation and lower installed costs. They can easily push through the raceway up to about 50 feet.

Explosion Proof Fittings
Explosion Proof Fittings provide protection against explosion in Hazardous Areas. They provide access for maintenance and change conduit direction. Explosion Proof Fittings connect lengths of conduit and for the use of pulling or splicing of wire.

Flexible Metal Fittings
Flexible Metal Fittings are connectors are used to secure non-metallic sheathed cable to boxes and enclosures. They are used to secure non-metallic sheathed cable, service entrance cable and flexible cords to boxes and enclosures.

Knockout Plugs & Seals
Knock-Out Seals are used to cover exposed knock-out holes that are in steel boxes and other metal enclosures. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They are made with zinc-plated steel for strength. They cover exposed knock-out holes and have corrosion-resistant zinc-plated steel construction. They are for use in steel boxes and other metal enclosures.

Liquid Tight Connectors
Liquid Tight Connectors are constructed of UV-rated plastic for long-lasting, outdoor life. The connector is compatible with non-metallic, liquid-tight, type B conduit. It is for usage with non-metallic, type B conduit. It is made for indoor or outdoor use.

Locknuts
Locknuts are also known as a lock nut, locking nut, prevailing torque nut, stiff nut, or elastic stop nut. It is a nut that resists loosening under vibrations and torque. Elastic stop nuts and prevailing torque nuts are of the particular type where some portion of the nut deforms elastically to provide a locking action.

Metallic Conduit Connectors/Couplings
Metallic Conduit Connectors/Couplings offer protection from the magnetic fields, impact damage and crushing when pulling electrical cable. The Metallic Conduit Connectors/Couplings resist flattening, kinking and splitting and is coated with zinc for corrosion and abrasion resistance.

PVC Fittings
PVC Fittings are perfect for DWV and water-supply applications. The pipe is easy to load, transport and handle and offers excellent corrosion resistance. It retains a smooth interior. It is easy to load, transport and handle. It is resistant to tuberculation, corrosive soil or water conditions and electrolytic and galvanic corrosion.

Recessed Head/Close Up Plugs
The Recessed Head and Close Up Plugs are for use with threaded metal conduit. It is explosion proof and dust ignition proof. It has a smooth and rounded integral bushing in each hub that protects the conductor insulation. It has accurately tapped, tapered threads for tight, rigid joints and ground continuity.

Running Thread
Running Thread is watertight and corrosion-resistant. The couplings can be installed indoors, outdoors, buried underground, or embedded in concrete in nonhazardous areas. It runs between sections of concrete subject to relative movement, runs between fixed structures and has a tinned copper flexible braid-grounding strap.

Service Entrance Cap/Weatherhead
Service Entrance Cap/Weatherhead is designed for use in overhead service entrances with rigid conduit, intermediate metal conduit (IMC) or EMT conduit. The cap serves as a connecting point for the service entrance wires. It is made of a copper-free die cast aluminum that resists corrosion.

Unistrut Fittings
Unistrut Fittings incorporate the innovative product improvements that a research and development group has created to give you the most complete and flexible support system available.
