Cable/Cord Connector
Connectors consist of plugs (male-ended) and jacks (female-ended). The connection may be temporary, as for portable equipment, require a tool for assembly and removal, or serve as a permanent electrical joint between two wires or devices. An adapter may be used to effectively bring together dissimilar connectors.

Cable or Wire Lug/Termination
Cable or wire lugs are devices that are used for connecting cables to electrical appliances, other cables, surfaces, or mechanisms. The clamps that connect wires to an automotive battery are a common example of a cable lug, as are the ends of battery jumper cables. Termination of a signal involves providing a terminator at the end of a wire or cable to prevent an RF signal from being reflected back from the end, causing interference.

Exothermic Connector
An exothermic connector will carry more current and will not deteriorate with age. It is a molecular bond that eliminates any risk of loosening or corrosion. It will resist repeated faulty currents. It can be quality controlled simply by visual inspection.

HV Terminations
High voltage (HV) terminations are suited to withstand harsh climates, environments and rugged installation conditions. They are very reliable. HV terminations utilize proven cold shrink technology that is for reliable and virtually consistent installations.

Terminal & Power Distribution Blocks
Terminal blocks offer high-volume interconnect of control and signal circuitry, when labor cost reduction and ease of assembly is desired. Power blocks are available in a wide variety of wiring configurations to provide users with superior flexibility. They are UL 508A Approved for Industrial Control Panels and single-pole units may meet requirements for UL 508A feeder circuits.

Wire Connectors
Wire connectors are fasteners that are used to make a tight connection between two or more electrical wires. They are made of flame-retardant materials, wire connectors prevent wires from contacting other wires or exposed metal surfaces, which could cause a dangerous fault or short circuit.

Wire Terminal Crimp Connectors
Wire terminal crimp connectors have a ring terminal. They have a copper brazed seam terminal construction with an electro-tin plated for corrosion resistance. There is an easy entry expanded nylon insulation that eliminates strand hang up, that increases crimping rates and provides mechanical strain relief.

Wire or Cable Compression Splice
Wire or cable compression splices are all produced to perform with the entire crimp tool and crimp die manufacturer’s products to specific performance criteria. The connectors allow the end user to seamlessly substitute a wide variety of crimp tools/dies available on the market to achieve performance results.
