Facial Shields
Facial shields are devices that are used to protect the wearer’s entire face (or part of it) from impact hazards. Some examples would be flying objects and road debris, chemical splashes (in industry), or potentially infectious fluid (in medical). Face shields are a protect device that is commonly intended to shield the wearer’s face, or portions thereof, in addition to the eyes, from certain hazards, depending on the face shield type. Face shields shall be used only in conjunction with spectacles and/or goggles.
